The only thing they could do to improve is to have a better handle on the dolly situation. We rented a dolly with our truck and it seemed like the hosts weren’t sure if there was actually one available. Then we found out that the dollies sit outside in the open just behind the building which is also completely open to the street. If we had scheduled a pickup after hours, we would not have known where the dolly was or that it was a U-Haul dolly. Other than that, everything was fine.

The website didn’t recognize my location so I was forced to download the app. The online process took way too long and there was nobody on site to help. The hours of operation are not great for people moving. The lock to get the keys was rusty and difficult to open. And I ordered a dolly that was not in the truck, (no one onsite to help). I think the online process to pickup and drop off is a good idea but could be improved. On the plus side, the truck was clean and ready to go and it ran great!
Erika PPerson that I worked with at this location was distracted and not focused on the transaction…not a very professional representation of your company or product
FRED DThe trailer that we rented was filthy, dirty, and covered in black dirt which covered everything we packed in the trailer and ruined some of our clothing a baby bassinet that was white, etc very upsetting
MICHELLE GWhen I picked up this trailer I got about a half a mile down the street looked back in my mirror and the light on the left side was literally flopping in the Wind. When I got home luckily I have a rivet gun and I put two rivets in it to hold it in. It's definitely not coming out now.
