The trailer that we rented was filthy, dirty, and covered in black dirt which covered everything we packed in the trailer and ruined some of our clothing a baby bassinet that was white, etc very upsetting

When I picked up this trailer I got about a half a mile down the street looked back in my mirror and the light on the left side was literally flopping in the Wind. When I got home luckily I have a rivet gun and I put two rivets in it to hold it in. It's definitely not coming out now.
STERLING MEasy drop off after hours, didn't interact with anyone
Alexia CCigarette ends found in the vehicle. Staff put in wrong return date causing more fees and refuse to correct it, asking me to contact U-Haul to fix it.
