I sped off my uhaul May 3rd. I called uhaul after the weekend to try to get the equipment charges refunded. I was told I had to wait until the drop of location closed out the rental our something. I was told I had to wait until I get my receipt. I got my receipt May 10th, and it looks like I was not charged for the equipment. I'm happy with that, but wish it couldn't been resolved sooner.
