MARTHA RMy thoughts are why do you charge me $5.00 more for mileage when I’m already paying $00.99 a kilometre. This is fraud and should be reported. The same guy tried to tell me I brought the vehicle back with less fuel until I showed him my photograph prior to leaving. I don’t understand why you don’t have a u haul in Hanover with a population of 7,800. Due to the fraudulent way of making money off people I will definitely reconsider using another rental company in the future. People are fed up of being nickel and dimed. Not a very happy customer here.
