MICHAEL BRemember to explain the in & outs including gas. Go over any prior damage to vehicle instead of dismissing saying "its been documented". If you're going to rely on the customer to read a contract at pick-up, provide a hard copy not just state "I emailed the contract and it will explain things." Also truck pulled to the left between 47 mph & 65 mph.
