My rental location changed and I wasn’t given the address. Additionally, I asked to pick it up at 9am but the location didn’t open until 10am.

I paid to have an appliance dolly and a utility dolly there was neither in the truck and the place was not open when I picked up the U-haul. So I paid for something I did not receive
