Owner was friendly and everything ready
carl cThe truck was very dirty upon pickup. I had to clean it put before I would even load anything in it. I did the check in and drop off on my phone and it was very easy and fast.
Sean IWhile the woman who helped me was very friendly, I had to walk through a very sketchy auto salvage area to find her (& was very glad I had my boyfriend with me). The first thing she told me was, "Sorry I'm a little slow today. I just had me a strong pineapple cocktail!" She was conflicted as to where, exactly, we should park the truck. I followed the drop-off instructions, but she assured me to hand her the key, instead of using a drop box (that I asked for the location but was just told to hand her the key). Please note that I took a picture of my boyfriend (John Barkley) handing her the key, for proof of return.
