KISHORE CIt would be helpful to display a U-Haul sign outside of the business. My friend and I thought the location was bogus.
SAMANTHA IThe truck had a ton of garbage left inside the trailer which was appalling when I opened it to move my items. Clearly the truck was not cleaned or inspected prior to my pick up. The location did not have any alternatives for me unless I drove to a further location which I did not have time for.
Sejee KMy pickup location was changed 3 times because they rented my reservation, I was given inaccurate address for pickup location and then sent to Milpitas after I was dropped off in Sunnyvale. Horrible customer service.
