The truck had a ton of garbage left inside the trailer which was appalling when I opened it to move my items. Clearly the truck was not cleaned or inspected prior to my pick up. The location did not have any alternatives for me unless I drove to a further location which I did not have time for.

My pickup location was changed 3 times because they rented my reservation, I was given inaccurate address for pickup location and then sent to Milpitas after I was dropped off in Sunnyvale. Horrible customer service.
OMAR Mit was not open during my drop-off and the instructions to drop off were not clear.

Arnold MPick up location was changed 2 days ahead of actual pick up date and no moving blankets . Would be nice to coordinate everything at one location for convenience.
