The place does not look like much but I was met with smiles and service beyond what I have experienced when picking up U-Haul equipment in the past elsewhere.

I placed my order online. It gave me this location for pick-up and return. My daughter gets there before me. They say there's no order for my name. I get there and the order just pops up. The man working advised me that he closes at 2 pm, he was still sitting there because the person had just brought back the truck. I had to redo everything I did online. The person on the phone that verified all my information was very pleasant. Me and the man working had a great conversation while waiting.
felicia gThis location was fenced in and locked although the procedures asked for you to park inside the gate during business hours. This location had several phone numbers of which none were functioning. The lot was supposed to open at 9 AM and I was still waiting at 9:30 for someone to open the gate. I finally called customer support and did a self return with their help.
Yvonne DThe scheduling software you're using is challenging. Numerous reminders and updates without real information. The first site was changed, then didn't have the truck on the morning of pickup while the app was at a loss to help. Two customer service reps later and an hour past our original 'reservation' we offered pickup at Midwest Auto. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Truck was reasonably clean and in good shape.
