Location looked fine. Check in was quick but slightly awkward. The man working at the counter didn't seem to know what to do, he called his boss and put him on speaker for me to talk to. This was fine, I appreciate him figuring things out, but I was told to just give him the truck key and I was good to go. I've rented many cars and trucks and never experienced such a nonchalant rental return. It was quick and easy, but I could think of too many potential liabilities as I walked out the door. I took pictures of the truck's condition before I left. Overall, turned out fine, but didn't seem normal.
