The gentleman there was fabulous and definitely was a good experience, dropping it off. Glad to say we won’t have to worry about using U-Haul ever again.

I was pretty afraid to be in that part of Minneapolis picking up a truck that was not my reserved pickup location !! I've not seen a promised discount on my account for the issue
JEFFREY HDrop box was hard to find, little to no parking available, keys were behind locked door & when I called to get the keys the person who helped was pushy & dismissive. Also, the location was changed on me 3 times, the last being within an hour of pickup. All around unprofessional as hell
