Poor communication with pick-up location. No one was on site and I had an overall terrible experience. Had to call multiple times to get anyone to answer.

Hire more people. Took me three hours just to sort out your mess. And I don’t even get paid even though I did all of the work for U-Haul. Sounds illegal to me. You must pay anyone who does work it’s illegal not to. You owe me three hours of pay
