I was having trouble with the app when picking up the truck..luckily enough there was someone there to help me get the keys. Great customer service. I will go back there when i need another truck.

The truck that we had wasn't supposed to be driven. It was broken and nobody inspected the truck before we took it. We were 5h late because of this.

SUKHVIR GDo not like the setup having to pick up vehicle 2 blocks away and having to deal with it taking pictures and sending it to owner and getting code in lock box. I would rather deal with person. I also do not like that you charged me for the insurance after I declined it. I would appreciate that being taken off my bill.
