Rented a car trailer for the day, was in/out in less than 5min. The gentleman was courteous and helped hook up the trailer and ensure all lights were working.

The only problem i had was i had reserved a truck in Chilliwack. The day before u was to pick it up, Uhaul called and said i had to go to Mission That required me to find a ride. Gail gave no extra benefit from this major inconvenience
