Helpful? Not really but then so so…..This was dropped off on a Saturday even thought their sign says 24/7. When I called the number the person on the other end of phone was very rude…and said just leave the ruck and leave the keys and then hung up on me when I had some questions. When I returned to verify the turn in on Monday morning ( he said they opened at 9am but showed up close to 10am) he had different attitude and was a bit nicer and proceeded my turn in.
