worst experience ever the server was down, I got my Uhaul late and no proper customer service at all at this location it was like a self server

The fuel indicador was broken. It is always stuck to 1/4, so you actually don’t know how full or empty the tank really is. I’ve filled up the tank and it was still showing 1/4. Please fix this asap
RENAN BWe got a fuel charge because the fuel gauge showed that the fuel level was 3/4 full, however we filled up the tank before dropping it off. Customer service was not alot of help because we didnt take a photo of the gauge when we dropped it off even though we weren't told that we were supposed to. Very disappointed with customer service
JASPREET DIt's a bit hard to find. It's literally INSIDE THE UPS STORE. The process was fast and efficient but they do not provide any moving equipment. No pads, dollies, just the trucks.
