This is a tire sales/repair business so the physical attributes are different than a full service U-Haul location. Personnel were thorough and competent.
Ron HTruck was dirty and truck in poor repair. Guy was nice enough but my original reservation was at the main missoula on strand, then changed although strand had 9ntrucks of the size ordered. The alternate location didn't have the pads so had to go back to strand. 3 hours of lost time. Unacceptable. Then underestimated mileage and had to pay more. Haul used to be better. What a shame.
dawn sThe drop off took a bit of time and the parking was a bit crowded but it worked out well so that we did not have to drive too far to return the rental. We were impressed by the truck and the power it had.
