The service from the personnel was good and informative and the equipment was clean however, the truck's engine health needs to be looked over. Very loud inside the cab. Thinking there is little to no exhaust muffler piping or the truck needs a tune-up. There needs to be two separate Yes/No questions - One for cleanliness and another for engine/truck maintenance. Two uhaul locations no further than one mile away from another seems to be overkill and very confusing to clients. There also needs a "Maybe" button for the Recommend to friend.
BRYAN KI feel terribly bad because the individual that assisted me (Female) was absolutely incredible. Personality is job 1 and she was the best. Not a moment she didn’t smile and that goes a long way regardless of the service being offered. Because of her I will only rent from that location. Amazing
