Rather than messing around with the website I went directly to Mad Bro and rented a truck for 24 hours to help with a local move. Mad Bro was great to work with and I would recommend them

MICHAEL VStaff was non-cooperative and not willing to help the customer. When asked "when truck could be picked up ",they said 9am, when offered to pay for a earlier pick up, they said no. Then on top of it all they were after nine opening shop, so 10A is more realistic.
