Cathy DThis review is not directed towards the Security Stor All drop-off location itself, but rather towards the U-Haul app and the 800 number customer support. --------------------------------------------- Unfortunately, my drop-off experience at Security Stor All was not as pleasant. Due to the U-Haul app malfunctioning on New Year's Eve (when the location was closed), I was unable to complete the drop-off process as instructed. When I called the 800 number for assistance, the agent offered to transfer me to another department, which resulted in a lengthy and cumbersome hold time. This detracted from the otherwise positive experience I had with the Kirkman Rd location.
