I first went in and I had to call uhaul and when I came back literally 2 minutes later no one was available to help me I had to wait like 10-15 minutes to get assisted. Then when we went to put gas there was a fuel leak and we only drove it 10-15 miles. I didn’t feel safe. It was so dusty in the uhaul the ac vents spewed dust

We asked the woman more than once what time our U-Haul needed to be returned and she told us ANYTIME that day, she even gave us the after hours instructions for when we do turn it in. We turned it in in the evening and I got charged a whole extra day. Absolutely ridiculous.
