It was closed every though it was supposed to be open. I had a location open closer but wasn't given that option.

not helpful, not compassionate, not knowledgeable. Extremely hesitant to assist me (paid $25 for hookup assistance) even though my nervousness was obvious. Do they have U-Haul trucks and equipment? Sure. Customer service, absolutely not.
MALLORY LOther than no hand trucks available as requested the site was good. Because of this 4 stars. Need hand trucks to move.
