Person was not at office for the pickup. I had to ask the neighboring business for a phone number. Truck was not at the pickup location. I had to walk 10 minutes to get it. Truck was filthy. And to top it off I was charged for gas when I had out gas in the truck. Terrible service.

As other reviews mention, the location can be a little tricky to find but we managed and the truck we rented was just across the street from the garage where we picked up the keys which clued us in that we were in the right spot. For anyone looking to rent, I would recommend. Key pickup/employees are inside the long driveway/garage in between the autobody shop parking lot and DR gallery. Thanks for making it an easy pickup!
