Very disappointed across the board, made a reservation two weeks before I needed. The truck showed up to the first location. They didn’t have my truck. They transferred my reservation across town without telling me then accused me of going to the wrong location only to say oh we transferred it went to the second location was a gas station turned into tint shop with a truck behind a locked fence with a car parked in front of it and no one there. Contacted the help desk was told to drive an additional 20 miles to another location and my truck was guaranteed to be there. Arrived at that location. No truck had to take a larger truck than I requested and felt comfortable driving. They said I had to return it to which was a church parking lot. Very dissatisfied with a customer service I received after repeatedly asking for help regarding the lack of information miscommunication and wrong information I was provided.
