Again, when I arrived at the place where I had to take my rental, I was informed that the reserved truck was not available, so I was sent further to get another one and I was charged the Mileage of the place further away which made me lose 1:30 of my day due to the incompetence of your company. I had booked at the beginning of June and I had other problems with your staff and your rental system. I gave you one last chance this week and you ruined it
