Les charges de 25$ pour le nettoyage n’est pas aucunement justifiable . le camion etait sale le réservoir du lave glace presque vide ,les esuis glaces auraient dû. Être changés ..donc insatisfait

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the level of customer service I experienced. It is essential that the agent responsible for receiving customers demonstrate strong customer service skills, including professionalism, courtesy, and respectful communication. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit. The interaction was unprofessional and lacked basic politeness. What is even more concerning is that the manager’s conduct was equally unacceptable. The tone used was harsh, dismissive, and disrespectful. Such behavior is not only inappropriate but also damaging to the organization’s reputation and customer trust. This experience fell far below acceptable service standards. I expect this matter to be taken seriously, with appropriate corrective measures implemented to ensure customers are treated with the respect they deserve in the
