David was extremely helpful who helped me. However, there was a glitch with the system and I could not pick up my vehicle, this process was very frustrating and took 2 hours! There needs to be a way to rent with the system is down.

It was fine. We did after hour drop off. The parking lot was extremely rocky so I kept my car to the side while we parked the U-Haul. When I was doing the check out on the app, it closed out on me in the final step so it was unclear if it had properly gone through. I’m not sure if this had to do with a lack of service in this location, but it was not ideal.

ERIN BI dispute the fuel return levels. They were exactly 7/16 tank, certainly not below 3/8 as the new employee marked. I was then charged 5 gallons.
