The truck floor (in the cab) was not clean and had a large crack in the windshield. However, the gentleman working the site went above and beyond along with dispatch to arrange for me to pick up a truck at the W Plaza Drive location immediately. I was very appreciative that they went above and beyond to make it right.

Booked a trailer at a preferred location three weeks early. Was told day before I had to go to another location that was on their map 7 miles away but driving was 42 minutes away when I got there Trailer had no right side lighting and no other trailer available after one and a half hours there was sent to another location 35 minutes away, which was actually 5 miles from my home and they said they had three of the same trailers for the last two weeks, they rented two of them that day and set me up with the third which also the lights did not work after spending two hours. There was sent to another location about 15 minutes away there we did get a trailer that worked properly so all in all spent over five hours going to three different places nowhere near my original location to get the trailer a complete nightmare

JOEL FDrop it off and was later told I returned the truck with no gas and pass the mileage. Glad I had receipts. I will never do a pick up and drop from these locations again.
patrice cThe gas indicator on contract was not correct. I only had 1/2 a tank….not 3/4. When I turned vehicle in I was charged $36..!!!
