The pickup and drop off experience was absolutely terrible. Between not being able to speak English and not having a clue about the equipment and having great difficulty navigating uhauls own sight ,, never again!! The worst part is uhauls policy about not being able to reserve a unit!! So they text you the day before moving day and tell you they don’t have a trailer !! Absolutely ridiculous

The dolly was good the only thing the strap that hold the cat end was frayed, it still worked fine but wasn’t 100%
