We rented for 3 days but returned in 2 days. Still charged for 3 days. 😡 nothing ABC 1 stop could do about it bc it's through the website with uhaul. Disappointing bc we rushed to get it back.

WILLIAM RI was initially annoyed because I signed up for a pick up in Moose Lake, a half hour later I get an email saying that pick up is now in Superior Wi. Not acceptable! So I called the Moose Lake location around 11am. I was told that I would receive a call back 'shortly'. At 4pm I still hadn't received a call, so I called and got a different person, who told me they would find out what was going on and call me back in 20 minutes. I never got a call back. The next morning I called and spoke to the owner. He was able to correct the pick up and promised me the truck would be there for me. The day I was moving, I arrived to pick up the truck. The truck wasn't there and I was told it would be back any minute. 20 minutes later, still no truck. I ended up getting a different truck. So end all be all, it worked out and only put me a half hour behind schedule. The employees and owner were very nice and doing their best to make it right for me. Which I appreciated.
