I have already lodged a complaint regarding the add-on of the mileage to our contract. The place for picking up And delivering the furniture we got the truck for was very remote, and the mileage was not unusual. We were not ask where we were going from the pick up spot for the truck. Obviously pick up And delivery of the truck is not the same as pick up and delivery of the furniture we were moving.

WORST place I have ever rented from. 10/10 DO not recommend. Very unprofessional. Contract did say to return U-Haul to original pick up location BUT, he told us we could drop it off near our destination. That costed us $300 dollars for a wrong drop fee. When we called him to ask about it, he claimed he had never heard of a wrong drop fee. We filed a dispute. The area regional manager was no help either. He was very rude and has very poor customer service skills. So, we lost out on that money. DO NOT rent from them.
