I first went to get a ‘5x8 trailer at the Park Hills location-which I had reserved. After I gave the guy my card he told me that I had to pay for my previous rental????!!! And I told him where that was and that I paid for it before the manager even gave me the key to leave!! So Without knowing that he processed the so-called amount due; I went back to Fitzgerald’s for a rental!! How can I get that so-called due amount back into my bank??? Please help me?? I sooo much would appreciate it!! I now only have $160. To last me until the 3rd for my SS!!! Please help me?? Thank you!

kenny aThere was no windshield washer fluid, and when I pulled off the lot, it was 7 miles until empty of gas. It was returned with 118 miles to empty.
CHRYSTAL WThese people were great. For uhaul company I'd like to note. Consider the address of the person in stead of pickup location. I lived 12 miles away in opposite direction. That added 24 miles to my trip. Plus the drop off was 5 miles past my storage unit. As usual I get a mileage charge added. I'd rather pay it up front than get it added at the end. Be more generous on mileage allowance.
