While customer service was good, when there was an issue with my reservation no effort was made to help figure out the real issue. I had to call Uhaul directly myself to fix the issue and the gal that assisted me from Uhaul was AWESOME!

MARIA GThe gas hand was at 1/8th when they gave me the keys. I returned it exactly where they gave me (gas) and was charged $60 for fuel. There’s no way I drive 10 miles and the gas hand suddenly goes to E. Absolutely TERRIBLE experience.
