Dropped vehicle off after hours. The correct app was posted on Dropbox but key had already been dropped in dropbox. Location was closed so there was no personnel on site. Overall I was very satisfied with the experience.

Did a remote checking/ droppoff
Joseph AThis is not the location where I made my reservation. The night before, my pickup location was changed to this location 1 hour away from me! This is not good customer service and the communication was poor about the whole thing. The man threatened to rent my truck to someone else because I was running late due to the change in location. He held it but was not nice about it. The independent U-Haul rep in Madisonville was not helpful either. “Oh that’s U-Haul.” Is all he had to say about the problem and inconvenience.
JOHN MWhy are the vehicles always less than a full tank? It would be so much easier for me to fill the tank to the top instead of trying to guess 1/2 tank and be possibly spending more on gas than I needed to. They should come fully topped off.
