The location and personal attention was wonderful. Holding me up for ransom of a previous debt incurred by someone I do not even know was highway robbery. My granddaughter, who was listed as an additional driver had been an additional driver for her friend's mother's move in New Jersey. The renter Rosanna Mirigliani had an outstanding balance, which I was forced to pay in order to get the trailer I had reserved. You people have some nerve. I would never recommend U-Haul to anyone.

When I scheduled I assumed it was the same price whether I had it overnight or a few hours. When I realized I was going to need more time I called and was charged 43. Such an inconvenience. I wasn’t informed this at the time of reservation. Thanks
