The woman who was running the gas station/service center was working alone. She was so wonderful and friendly! We felt badly for her because she had so many tasks she had to handle all by herself, which included helping to get the uhaul trailer attached to our car, which proved a bit difficult. But, she was resourceful and managed to find a way! She's a gem!
Peggymargaret VI had a couple hiccups with the company. I was told to go to a location at a certain time 3 different times in the same day to finally get my uhaul. The last person I spoke too quoted me .99 cents per mile for the inconvenience. Then my contract did not reflect the mileage rate and I spoke with someone who resolved the issue. When I returned the uhaul, I was charged for the wrong rate, and had to speak to someone again in order to get refunded the difference. Every representative I talked to was kind and helpful, but it seemed like every thing took 3 tries to get right.
