We dropped the trailer after hours so I can’t really speak to the location questions themselves. Drop off was an easy process.

MICHAEL HThere’s two doors to walk into. There was no one to greet me, no one was around. I waited for minutes and no signage or anything about what to do. I needed to go so left with the U-Haul trailer only to be chased down by a salesperson who eventually took care of me and checked me out. Not good signage, way finding, and no front desk attendant was present at 10 am.
LANCE RPrinted instructions for hitching and loading properly should be given to the customer. Why do u assume the customer will be responsible or take the time to go online on their phone in a rainstorm to look the info up???
NANCY RWhen I arrived I was pointed to a location to back the trailer into and then unhook it (myself)! The parking lot was not paved, muddy, and the mud dragged into my truck from my shoes due to unhooking the trailer myself is still the only dirt inside my truck. I will need services again in August and I will do my best to use any service other than Uhaul.
