The app was a real pain in trying to use it for the return. I was unable to get my phone to allow it to know my location.

Lori JThe location is a bit unmarked and difficult to find from the street. I only knew of this place as I am familiar with this area. The rental instructions were easy, the person manning the location "Aaron", is very professional and gave me perfect instructions. The backyard area where the trucks are stored is a bit tight, but still manageable. The truck was a bit dirty inside, but nothing to be bothered about. I had a good rental. (Only issue I have with the UHual, was that I thought that the full rental included upto 300 miles, but later I realized that it was limited to 200 miles and then a per mile charge was added). Thanks
