Have the scanning equipment needed to add an additional driver without the customer having to use their cell phones (which didn't work) and ultimately changing the contract into the name of the primary driver. It took 40 minutes to get underway. Also, please inform the customer that they're supposed to take pictures before leaving rather than just sending them a text that wasn't seen until after they left.

Only one person working and she did not know how to put my Jeep on the tow dolly. I had to back the Uhaul truck up to the dolly, help hook it up, and then thank God for another customer there who helped us strap down the Jeep. Either people should be well trained in how to do things or don't rent these vehicles out to the public, because the average person is not going to know how to do

However, do not rely on U-Haul as a company to honor their reservations. Even if you make it weeks in advance, they may still not have it, and will not notify you until 15 minutes prior to pickup.
