BRAULIO BWe did a drop off. Everything was great
ALAN KI reserved equipment a week + in advance only to be told upon arrival that they didn’t have what I reserved. Poor customer service experience at rental location. Not having the equipment needed caused me to double my cost in time and trips due to having to settle for a smaller trailer at the last minute. A simple heads up prior to my scheduled arrival or providing alternate locations with the equipment I needed would have been more than sufficient.
