They were helpful, however, the original location I was scheduled to pick up from did not have ANY U-Hauls available! That location was very nice; it wasn't their fault. The problem stemmed from the Call Center not relaying the information properly. I had to drive an additional 40 minutes away to get a truck. Very frustrating!! And pay for the additional mileage (round trip). What you can do better is ELIMINATE CALL CENTERS and let individual U-Haul dealers make their own reservations.

No lobby seating, 3 customers waiting, large rottweiler dog barking at customers, cluttered counters with broken PC and parts.
NED AMake sure vehicles are moved before closing and leaving for the day! A truck was left in the MIDDLE of the drive making it almost impossible for us to park our 26 FOOT truck that we were returning! There was a dog left on the premed is that sounded very mean as well but was left inside. The land was filthy and unkept as well.
