The Uhaul we received had a leaked in the roof and damaged some of our items and got a lot of things wet we were not impressed We do not blame the c n c cycle location for this issue but u haul itself

BRADY SLocation was fine however I was very annoyed with U-Hauls billing me 2 days rental on a trailer I had less than 24 hours. What kind of billing system does that? Your System should not bill for 2 days for less then 24 hours. It appears U-Hauls billing system is designed to double bill.
