It’s good
Roger SIt took me over an hour to check in. When I got to my destination, you charged me for insurance I had declined at every turn as well as other add-ons such as a cleaning fee that I had to fight to get removed. I am giving it one more chance to get a refund, after which I alert Amex. Very disappointing experience.
