I've booked a 10' vehicle for less than a day and used only 26 miles but they charged me $75 which is too high. when i booked the vehicle i did not add insurance but it was added with extra miles.

I will never use U-Haul again and I’m passing on the info that insurance will automatically be added on. The U-Haul clerk never once said anything and he was actually just as shocked. Stealing is a crime and I am contacting a lawyer and my bank about this.
