I was charged for two dolly’s but the location only had one. Unfortunately they couldn’t take it off and I’ve not had time to contact U-Haul directly since I’m in the middle of a move. Would be nice to get the $7 I was charged back without having to use more than $7 worth of my time.
JUSTIN BMonroe and August were excellent!! The customer service they provided to me was exceptional. They were both informative and very pleasant from the moment I walked in to the very second I left. I would recommend this location in a heartbeat for any rental needs that someone may have. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!
KATRICE STime frame was a bit much...took 20 to 30 mins after arrival to actually pick up the truck...took 4x rolling the lock tumbler letters to finally get it to open and payment amount 75 dollars more than expected...the location was fine but if my bill is not corrected won't be using uhaul again period
