We were scheduled a second time (our fault) and when I got there they were closed for extended lunch. Had to wait in high heat and then finally got in touch with uhaul and rhey came and opened earlier than their door sign indicated which was a kind gesture

Robbie LThe issue was with the trailer. We tightened up the piece on the tongue per the directions twice. However, the trailer tongue was rusty and in poor condition, so the trailer tongue kept getting loose after driving for about 20-30 mins. The staff was professional and all. However, the trailer needs a facelift.
