The vehicle trailer had multiple areas of damage and should have been taken out of service till repaired, The truck was fine.
JEFFREY CRadio in the cab of the truck did not work. Printer at the office was not working.
Christine AI was charged $32.42 for fuel. The drop off location was changed by U-Haul, not me. The original location I was told to drop at is no longer a u-haul location. I had to drive out of my way to return the truck to a different location and u-haul is charging me for the fuel. Not happy!
Richard MTires were all low on air. They are supposed to be at 65…… 3 were at 50 to 56 & ONE AT 27, TWENTY SEVEN. !!!! Cost $2 to fill them at 4:45 am before we left for our 650 mile trip. They only had 7 blankets got billed for 24 !!!! Credit my card for the 17 I was charged & never received !!!!! Call at 617 710. 7907 !!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!!
