The truck was great, but the website and and computer system to get my deposit and to pick up my reserved truck was lengthy and ran into to many tech issues. Nothing wrong with the employees themselves just the uhaul system wasn't good.

WILLIAM SHonestly, I can’t think of anything that I can say for you guys to improve. The experience I had was excellent. The customer service agent that took care of me was fantastic. She went above and beyond customer service and if I could give more than five stars I would.
WAYNE DOnly thing was the UHaul didn't have packing blankets and it wasn't told to me that I needed to rent them. If I was told it would have been helpful.
