I did remote online pick up. I get there I had to go inside and fill out all the paperwork I did online the night before and again the morning of. Which means I had to input the information 3 times.
Mark GThe parking lot was being sealed and there was no signage about where to drop. Nobody answered the door in the back where the trailers were. It was extremely difficult to park the trailer with no help from personnel, and I drive semis. I’m hoping they received my paperwork and see that I dropped it off.

STEVEN GTake photos of rental and equipment inside the truck. They charged for missing blankets we didn’t not use. The blankets were in a bag on the wall over the hand dolly. Now they say they are missing. Scam charges.
