In our past experiences with U-Haul the staff I’d super friendly & helpful. We were made to complete the transactions online. They never walked us out, no paperwork. The back of the U-Haul was soaking wet, had to wipe down ourselves before loading or our items would have been ruined. The next day after returning truck on time I received a text stating we had not returned truck-to which your 800 number stated you were experiencing system issues. Overall not a great experience
