I originally went to Whites Creek pike location because website showed the equipment available, when I got there the guy wouldn’t rent it said a light was not working. Then went to Murfreesboro road location and couldn’t find anyone, guy finally showed up and rented to me. One big hassle.

It took 45 min to pick up a U-Haul I had already reserved.
KENNETH DThey do not have a proper office. It is unsafe and lacking accessibility needs. They cannot support mobile check in but advertise that they can. They are inept, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Instead of apologizing about not having my rental equipment, they blamed me for using mobile check in.
